Villar-led Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. will spend P900 million to jump-start the development of The Prominenza in Baliuag, Bulacan.
The amount, the company said, would be raised from internal sources.

The Prominenza, which will be a premium themed community in the province, will be built under the Communities Philippines subsidiary.

Communities Philippines offers residential properties under the Camella and Crown Asia brands in the provinces outside Mega Manila and utilizes the latter’s expertise and designs to offer houses in regional areas that are on par, in terms of quality, with the developments in Mega Manila.

The development, the company said, allows it to have the widest geographical reach.

“The Prominenza in Baliuag, Bulacan bolsters our record of having the widest geographic coverage among Philippine developers,” Vista Land President Jing Serrano said in an earlier statement.
